Grandville Penthouse

Carved out atop the historical Grandville Apartments built in the late 1800's, this penthouse develops across three stories with an intercommunicating sculptural glass and steel staircase. The lower level accomodates the private kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a bedroom with a private bath with custom made and designed glass vanity and display cases. The large and open middle level features a living room with the awarded ondulating gypsum ceiling that contributes both a unique aesthetic to the space and a uniform acoustic distribution for enhanced audio performance. A custom designed, fabricated by Artecnica burgundy stained solid walnut bar counter with ruby red organically shaped wine display cases accents the environment and contrasts with the metal high-tech staircase well. Overlooking Hollywood and crowned by a high pitch A-frame ceiling, the upper floor holds the large open master suite with open access to the master bath with large white counters and vanities and an organically shaped white marble micro-mosaic tile whirlpool tub.
